Season 6 Episode 03 - Heart of Darkness

Xena, Gabrielle and Eve are still in Amphipolis and the portal to Hell is still open in Xena's mother's tavern. So The Archangel Michael decides to send another Archangel down to Earth so that the rightful ruler of Hell (Xena) takes her throne. The Archangel fights Xena but Xena wins she spares his life and finds out his name is Lucifer. Xena has a plan and is going to try and corrupt Lucifer and make him perform each of the Seven deadly sins then push him into Hell. Things wont be that easy though because evil is spilling out of the portal to Hell and Xena's heart has become dark and evil. Also many people in Amphipolis are turning evil as well. Then Gabrielle gets an unexpected visit from Virgil, who is also turned evil, he is there looking for Xena and Gabrielle.

Meanwhile Xena is corrupting Lucifer very well he has already shown pride, gluttony, envy and lust but when he tries to kill Xena again she get more annoyed and so comes up with a idea that's to her evil heart. She offers Lucifer everything he has ever wanted including creating a Hell on Earth by merging the two places. That night Xena has a "party", one where Gabrielle knocks Eve out for being a party pooper. During the party Xena and Gabrielle perform a seductive dance one which entices Lucifer even more to Xena's proposition. Then Michael interrupts the party and tries to send Xena to Hell but with the help of Lucifer Xena manages to fight off Michael. Then Xena and Lucifer go after Eve who has been causing trouble in Xena's evil plan to merge Hell and Earth when they get to her Gabrielle and Virgil have restrained her but she gets free and prepares to fight Lucifer. Lucifer wins but Xena stops him from killing Eve and tells him that Gabrielle is going to be her partner to rule Hell on Earth, then Lucifer shows his wrathful side and now Lucifer has done every deadly sin. He turns into a demon creature and Xena pushed him into Hell and he becomes the new ruler of Hell. Xena then explains to Eve that although her heart had gone dark all the time she was really fulfilling her plan to send Lucifer to Hell.
