Season 2 Episode 19 - Ulysses

Xena helped a man named Ulysses when he was fighting a large group of warlords. They won and Xena found out that Ulysses was King of Ithaca and was trying to get back to his island. The only way across was by boat but the trip was going to be hard, as Poseidon God of the Sea hated Ulysses because he blinded a Cyclops. Xena and Gabrielle helped him to get back and when doing so Xena and Ulysses became very close, as Ulysses wife had been killed years ago when he was fighting for the Greeks in the Trojan War, Xena was going to stay with him when they got there. They all got to the island and Ulysses soon found out that his wife was not infact dead it was a trick by Poseidon to try and put him of from returning. Xena persuaded Ulysses to stay with his wife and rule Ithaca even though she loved him.
